Until Dawn: Hemlock Tree
There were many technical challenges on Until Dawn as we had a very high visual bar. I took these challenges to set an example for the rest. This is one of the trees I created using zbrush for a high sculpt and baked it down to alpha quads and then built up the geometry branch by branch. I believe the best quality for alpha is baked from high quality geometry.
